BEFORE THE SHOW

1. Organize your paperwork

a. Make sure you know time, location, directions

b. Print registration confirmation

c. Have proof of vaccination

d. Copy or Cat registration papers

e. Results Record Sheet – if you want to keep track of scores

f. Pen & Paper

g. Review Show rules




2. Quarantine cat 7 days before the show.

a. Bath Cat 2 days before.- with cat shampoo

b. Bath Cat 1 day before

c. Clean Ears & eyes

d. Trim Nails




DAY OF CAT SHOW

1. Cat Care

a. Litter box – at LEAST 4” high, disinfected

b. Litter scoop & Litter

c. Food, Treat food – to give after each showing

d. Water bottles for cat – don’t switch her water!

e. Food & Water dish

f. Nail Clippers (just in case)

g. Wipes for eyes & ears




2. Cat Comfort

a. Chamois – to wipe down cat before showing

b. Blankets for cat to lie on

c. A few favorite toys for cat – feather “duster” is great.

d. Camera & batteries

e. Paper towel for spills

f. Disinfectant wipes

g. Extra cloth
